After only 2 meetings face to face and via Zoom Dr Bakshi gave us all the advice anxious parents would want to receive about their child. Calm and to the point understanding our needs, totally reassuring and all advice to proceed was very thorough.

It was very straightforward to book an appointment and I felt at ease even in these uncertain times. All necessary tests were done at the appointment. My son was diagnosed quickly with a significant allergy and we have a very comprehensive plan to follow. Dr Bakshi was kind and clear in his explanation of the condition. I felt my concerns were listened to.

And I can’t thank him enough for what he has helped us with. He makes sure he explains everything to us in terms we understand, and will always ask if we have any questions to confirm we understand.
