Dr Dinkar Bakshi

Video consultation for test results felt rushed. Didn't seem that he had read notes in advance - for example we were asked if we had a cat when the cat had formed much of our discussion in our initial appointment. Was surprised at the high additional cost against the time spent for the results consultation - had assumed it was part of the initial consultation fee and it wasn't explained that it would be in addition. We also don't seem to have a very clear "next step" plan of action/ follow up.

Dr Bakshi was very welcoming and kindly talked me through the process for taking my medication. His explanation of my allergy was very clear and I left with a much better understanding and feeling assured that I was taking positive steps to improve my overall health.

Dr Bakshi is incredibly thorough and patient. He allows me to ask all of the questions I need to and answers them all, making sure I have all of the information I need. Dr Bakshi is kind and caring and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone. He is simply fantastic.

I went to Dr Bakshi after my son has widespread eczema and suspected cows milk allergy. After no luck trying to diagnose this previously, Dr Bakshi was excellent in providing advice, prescribing the correct medication and doing a skin patch test to confirm my sons allergies. Dr Bakshi has a very welcoming and empathetic nature with the patients best interests at heart.

I will remain eternally grateful to Dr Bakshi for helping my son. Hand on heart, he is the best doctor I have ever met. He knows exactly what he is talking about, he spent so much time educating me about my son’s skin issues and always takes the time to answer all my questions. He is very good with children and genuinely wants to help people. Not only is he an excellent doctor but he is very kind and caring, a good human being which is almost non existent these days. My son saw 10 doctors for eczema and not a single one was able to help him. He suffered for months until he saw Dr Bakshi and within days, his skin was better. I am still absolutely shocked at how many doctors in this country lack the knowledge needed to treat a condition like eczema. One that they claim to know so much about yet cannot get the treatment right. If you are debating on whether to book an appointment with Dr. Bakshi, do not hesitate, he is the absolute best. I didn’t say this to him but he changed the lives of everyone in my family when he helped my son, that’s ultimately what he will do, change your life. Thank you for everything Dr Bakshi, I remain eternally grateful.

A great knowledgeable Dr who resolved my daughters skin issue where others had failed. An example on what all healthcare should be like, can not praise him or the service recieved enough.
