“From my initial consultation everything about my procedure was explained in great detail. I was looked after superbly and made to feel comfortable throughout my eye surgery, even though I was so nervous The results were better than I could ever imagine and I am absolutely over the moon with the result and seriously considering now when to have my right eye done. Thank you so much for the excellent service & care you have given me. “

Mr Park diagnosed my problem at an early stage when no one else seemed to understand what was going on. His whole approach was calm, empathetic and friendly. At no stage did he make assumptions about my understanding but carefully checked each time. Having useful day to day vision in only one of my eyes, he understood my concern about cataract surgery and took the time to explain in detail and to reassure me about the success of the procedure and what could be done in the event of any un-forseen complications. At every stage he was thorough and was careful to reassess the eye every time I saw him. His reputation and all the other positive reviews are well deserved.

I have had a fantastic experience with Mr Park. He explained very clearly what the problems were, the procedures required and the potential risks so I felt fully informed and very confident when going ahead with surgery. He was particularly clear and helpful in explaining aftercare and what I needed to do to get the best possible results from the surgery, so again I felt informed and confident about what I needed to do. I am in chemotherapy so am at higher risk of complications and infection and nervous about surgery - Mr Park fully understood the treatment I’m receiving, and also ensured that his team were fully briefed and explained all the infection control measures that were in place and what measures I should follow to minimise risk. I felt very confident, informed and cared for in going ahead with surgery, which has been extremely successful, with no complications- exceeding my expectations.

Visited Mr Park over 14 months ago when diagnosed with a macular hole. Mr Park took the time and consideration, to see if my condition would rectify itself with close monitoring. However as time went on, the option of an operation was discussed due to my condition stalling, this was taken in account of my own well being and what was best for myself. Operation date was booked, talked through the whole process with risk and maybe further treatment in the future. Operation went very well, with follow up visits and now have the sight back in which I originally lost. Would most definitely recommend Mr Park if you have problems with your eyes, as thoughtfu, knowledgeable and made to feel at ease through the whole experience.
