I was made to feel relaxed from the beginning to the end of my time spent at the hospital. Even during the surgery Mr Morell chatted with me which ensured that I stayed calm and confident that everything was fine. As I suffer badly with anxiety, that was an amazing feat. I was also very happy with the amount of information he gave me about the surgery and recovery. Thank-you Mr Morell.
