I saw Dr Arun Shanmuganandan due to a painful lump which turned out to be an abscess and an undiagnosed fistula. I’ve had excellent care and an MRI was arranged within two days of seeing him and an operation done within a week of my first consultation.

Dr. Arun is an excellent consultant who is a patient listener and very caring gentlemen. He explained everything in detail and did a tremendous job with my anal fistula, colorectal surgery. He was kind enough to check in with me afterwards to make sure that I was ok and not in any pain. His dedication, empathy and wonderful bedside manner kept all of our family very calm and confident during multiple anal fistula surgeries. All in all I was very happy with the overall experience.
