My condition was explained very clearly and I could fully understand options going forward

We have met before, when he performed a biopsy operation on my prostate two years ago. He remembered me from this, he is absolutely charming and could not have been more helpful.

The Dr was fine professional and polite. The front desk staff were rather indiscrete shouting instructions and explaining test protocols to patients in open areas . Loudly.
