I visited Dr Navaratnam for a second opinion earlier this year as I was advised of multiple treatment options for sinus and septum problems, and I have not looked back since. My experience, from my initial consultation through to surgery day and follow-up, was overwhelmingly positive. Dr Navartnam was professional, friendly and reassuring, He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process leading up to surgery day. The level of care and attention I received was excellent and honestly unmatched. The communication with Dr Navaratnam and the team, especially Claire, made the whole experience seamless and I am so happy with the outcome. Dr Navaratnam went above and beyond and would I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring doctor.

Annakan and his secretary Claire provided the best patient experience I have ever received. Not only was Annakan highly professional, he was incredibly warm and friendly (a difficult combination to pull off) which made the entire Septorhinoplasty experience, from initial consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, pleasant and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the first-class post-operative care I received from both Annakan and Claire. Naturally, after any operation questions and concerns will arise, and the incredible speed and attention with which Annakan and Claire responded, made the recovery virtually worry free. This is all without mentioning the incredible job Annakan did on my nose. The result was so natural that not a single one of my friends noticed, which was exactly what I was going for. All in all, outstanding. You won’t find a better team than Annakan and Claire.

Annakan was amazing. He set my expectations clearly correctly in terms of what was entailed in the operation, post operation care and recovery. He manner and the way in which he spoke was reassuring and calming - that was particularly important as mine was a highly complex procedure requiring a 4hr operation. Post op, Annakan was brilliant. I had an infection - it happens but it's rare and the support he gave me over a weekend was outstanding. It's fair to say he went the extra mile for me and genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. I can honestly say this is the best surgical experience I have had and I have had a few procedures in my time!

Mr Navaratnam is an amazing consultant, with a fabulous approach to his patients. Whilst being professional, he listens and never makes you feel rushed for time. He has a wonderful smile which almost makes you forget your health concerns.

I recently had a septorhinoplasty performed by Mr Navaratnam. The process from beginning to end was incredibly smooth. Mr Navaratnam was highly personable, understanding and professional at all stages of the process, from initial consultation, surgery and aftercare. His team of secretaries were incredibly friendly, diligent, helpful and professional also - helping sort issues that arises promptly. I would highly recommend Mr Navaratnam.

I inititially came to Mr Navaratnam for a septorhinoplasty, with a limited time frame to have my surgery. He went out of his way to accommodate this. the results are absolutely fantastic, and the aftercare has been superb. My main concern was increasing my ability to breathe which I still struggled with post surgery for what turned out to be a completely unrelated issue, He waived his fee and performed a second surgery without charge to give me the final result I was seeking. The second surgery was again a smooth and successful process and I can breathe better than I did prior to my injury. I cannot recommend Mr Navaratnam enough for his skill, professionalism, and manner. The results have been life changing.
