Professor Branley is a lung specialist and is on the Specialist Register with the General Medical Council (GMC) as a Consultant in Respiratory Medicine providing specialist diagnosis and treatment for respiratory, chest and sleep disorders. Professor Branley has specialised in respiratory medicine for over 25 years. He was appointed as an NHS Consultant in 2003. Professor Branley typically sees patients with cough, wheeze, breathlessness and snoring. Professor Branley has expertise in a wide variety of lung diseases particularly asthma, sarcoidosis, sleep apnoea, tuberculosis (TB), pneumonia, lung cancer and pleural disease e.g. pneumothorax and pleural effusion. Professor Branley is particularly interested in seeing patients with unexplained breathlessness or cough and will work with you in a methodical manner to establish a diagnosis and formulate a personalised management plan.

Professor Branley trained in Respiratory Medicine in London teaching hospitals including The Royal Brompton, The Hammersmith, St Mary's and Charing Cross Hospitals. Professor Branley has also trained in aviation medicine at the Royal Air Force School of Aviation Medicine and he is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Professor Branley has a keen interest in medical education and he is a Visiting Professor of Respiratory Medicine at the University of West London. He has been an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London, Imperial College London and the University of Buckingham. Professor Branley was also an Honorary NHS Consultant in Respiratory Medicine at the Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Professor Branley was revalidated by the GMC on 7th October 2021 with his next revalidation due in October 2026. Dr Debi Ray is a Consultant Paediatrician based in East London and Essex where she treats children for a wide range of paediatric conditions.

Dr Ray specialises in General Paediatrics with a sub-speciality in Community Child Health.

Professor Mohamed A. Imam MD, MSc, D. SportMed, PhD, FRCS (Tr and Orth) is an Orthopaedic fellowship-trained surgeon with a particular interest in Upper limb surgery, sports injuries and complex trauma. He was awarded multiple distinctive international awards and travelling fellowships from the NHS Academy, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA), International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS), European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EFORT), International Trauma Foundation (AO) and others. He had a fellowship in orthopaedic and trauma surgery presented to him by The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has completed two Degree level theses including a PhD on the healing of rotator cuff tendons tears and shoulder biomechanics and successfully filed patents.

Following the completion of specialist training, He undertook international and national upper limb fellowships at distinguished centres of excellence. He offers total and partial replacement of the joints, including computer navigation and bespoke shape-matched surgery. He has authored two books, one on the uses of stem cells in orthopaedics and another reference atlas in shoulder arthroscopy. He has designed orthopaedic instruments, designed and has published more than ten novel surgical procedures.

Professor Imam uses the latest technology in diagnosing different upper limb pathologies; he is currently researching, with an elite team of researchers, using Artificial and Machine intelligence in surgery. He specialises in arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery to treat many conditions such as rotator cuff tears, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, recurrent dislocations, biceps injury, tennis elbow, stiff elbow, wrist problems and arthritis. Besides, he undertakes all kinds of upper limb replacement surgery. He has published seminal papers in most of these pathologies cited by other academics hundreds of times. In trauma surgery, he utilises an evidence-based approach to achieve the best outcomes for his patients. Dr Sophia Khalique graduated in 1991 from Leicester Medical School with a Distinction. Following on from this, she completed specialist training in London on a wide range of topics in A&E Medicine, Anaesthesia, Internal Medicine, Paediatrics and Obstetrics, Intensive Care and Gynaecology. During the completion of her training in Anaesthetics she achieved the Magill Medal.

From the Royal College, she achieved a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is also a Member of the Faculty of Family Planning. She is also a representative of the Royal College of General Practitioners and worked as a GP for the NHS until January 2000 when she decided to work in Private General Practice.

Mr Declan Cahill is a Consultant Urological Surgeon. In 1993, he qualified at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School (now Imperial College) with distinction.

Much of his extensive medical career has been spent training in London. Owing to his medical excellence, he was awarded the Hallett Prize Gold Medal for General Surgery and then the Keith Yates Gold Medal for Urology. After completing his urology training in London, he undertook fellowship training at the Institut Mutualiste Montsouris in Paris, the world-leading institution at the time, where his specialism was minimally invasive prostate surgery.

Mr Cahill has an excellent reputation in general urological diagnostics and treatment as well as his own specialist practice in prostate cancer. His specialist areas of interest include prostate cancer, robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy, general urinary diagnostics and management including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), haematuria, and general conditions of the scrotum and penis.

Professor Bajaj has been Consultant ENT Surgeon at Barts & Royal London Hospitals since 2011. Prof. Bajaj is the lead for Paediatric ENT at Barts & Royal London hospitals. He provides outpatient and inpatient services for general ENT conditions in adults and tertiary level services for all paediatric ENT conditions.

He was awarded MD (Clinical Research) from University College London in 2007 and FRCS in E.N.T from Royal College of Surgeons in 2009 after training as a Senior Registrar in Yorkshire. He underwent sub-specialist training in all aspects of Paediatric ENT for 12 months at Great Ormond Street Hospital, London. He was awarded Visiting Professor in E.N.T. by Canterbury University, Kent in 2016.

Prof. Bajaj has active interest in teaching and research. He has published more than 80 articles in international journals and presented more than 150 papers at international and national meetings.
