Dr Nisith Sheth is a senior consultant in the Dermatology Surgery and Laser Unit of St John's Institute of Dermatology (Guys' and St Thomas' NHS Trust). He holds a substantive consultant post here and helps train junior doctors and the honorary consultants who visit from external departments to gain further experience from the UK and abroad. This is the largest clinical dermatology department in the UK. It opened in 1868 and is now one of the world's leading centres for patients with skin problems. Dr Sheth also sees private patients at the following locations in London:

Dr Sheth entered medical school with a British Medical Association scholarship and graduated with class and national prizes. He went on to train in the UK, USA and Canada and completed additional fellowship training in complex skin surgery, particularly Mohs micrographic surgery, lasers and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. He won an award at the American Academy of Dermatology for research in melanoma skin cancer.

Dr Sheth treats a range of skin problems including acne, rosacea, moles, skin cancers, scars, discolouration, eczema, psoriasis and ageing skin. Dr Sheth also receives referrals from GPs and other specialists for his opinion on managing common and rare skin problems and complications following cosmetic procedures.

He has access to the latest technology and has a network of highly trusted colleagues from other specialties who he can call upon to manage the most complex cases.

He is often invited to give lectures at specialty conferences and advises the media and legal profession on a range of skin topics. He is a regular speaker for the European Society of Micrographic Surgery.

Dr Sheth sits on the boards of a number of national and European committees, including ones for the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group and the Royal College of Surgeons Cosmetic and Reconstructive Interface Group, that set standards for practice and training. Dr Victoria Swale is a highly experienced Consultant Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist (physician specialising in the diagnosis of skin disease). Dr Christos Tziotzios, Consultant Dermatologist and Senior Lecturer, is currently based at St. John's Institute of Dermatology, within the Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London. Dr Tziotzios began his medical education at the University of Cambridge where he graduated with his Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery (MB BChir). He then went on to do Academic Foundation Training, before being appointed Academic Clinical Fellow in Dermatology at St John's. Dr Fletcher has over 27 years experience in Dermatology and has worked as a Consultant Dermatologist since 2003.

She has been interested in Dermatology since her medical school days and was awarded the Dermatology prize in her final undergraduate year. Her burgeoning interest was furthered by spending her elective in Australia combining adult and paediatric Dermatology in Adelaide, along with the Flying Obstetric and Gynaecology service in Queensland.

Dr Fletcher was appointed Consultant Dermatologist at Kingston Hospital in 2003 and was instrumental in setting up the multidisciplinary skin cancer service. Her work within Dermatology was recognised by election to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2007. In the same year, her outstanding work was recognised within Kingston Hospital with a Level 2 Clinical Excellence Award.

Dr Fletcher receives excellent feedback; anonymised data collected for revalidation in 2020 showed that 100% of her patients were happy to see her again. Additionally, she receives high-quality feedback from colleagues.

Dr Fletcher retired from the NHS, after 28 years of service, in April 2018.
