Still a long delay to see the appointment, but more pleasant area to wait than Kettering Hospital.

All staff was kind and helpful and very polite

We found the overall experience as expected :- the radiographer ,receptionist and nursing staff were very helpful and caring

Plenty of car spaces. Reception were lovely. Waiting areas lovely, comfy chairs, private room, free hot drinks. Got into my appointment 40 minutes early and the doctor was lovely.

Excellent, efficient, reassuring, caring, much better than normal NHS experience

Staff were extremely friendly from reception to X-ray to blood pressure being taken. The hospital was clean and the overall experience was relaxing. (Which is very important when going to a hospital)

The only reason for making the hospital down a few stars was the wait time, I waited 40mins beyond my appointment time to be seen.
