Good apart from being told timing

I was very well looked after by the entire team at Weymouth Street Hospital. The nursing team were exceptional, making the entire experience as comfortable for me as possible. I arrived at 7:45am and my surgery took place around 1:45pm, which did feel like a unnecessarily long wait. This is the only negative point I had in an otherwise excellent experience.
