I have described my consultation at the Hampshire Clinic. The setting was fine - minor observations were a) no refreshments apart from water, hot drinks unavailable and b) basic seating area with no magazines/reading materials. It would be easy to address both these items to improve patient experience during the waiting time.

He correctly assessed my symptoms and prescribed medication which, up until now, has been effective in preventing haematuria.

The wait time was due to an overrun on an operation. I was kept fully updated on progress and the wait time.

The clinic was generally riendly , efficient and clean. The team were very friendly and caring.

I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Professor Hindley, whom I have been seeing for over two years. I am very satisfied with his excellent care and attention. I find the Professor warm, friendly, patient, and positive, also very willing to discuss my problem to find the best way forward.
