In light of the current pandemic, staff were excellent and followed regulations to make me feel safe. They took my temperature on arrival and asked me to wash my hands.

I wasn’t too happy to be told I was late by one of the ladies who first greeted me as I had a 3yo who’d been in agony for 24hours with an arm injury, in A and E til 10.30pm the night before and an impossible situation of trying to get him dressed and in the car. It took longer than we anticipated and had we been allowed to explain I’m hoping the comment wouldn’t have been made. We also live 30mins away.
