Pros: Great Consultant, Doctors and care. Cons: Ultrasound Room -- in urgent need of Mechanical and/or Natural Ventilation, none was visible.

All first class except for reception who failed to notify my Consultant and nurse appointments that I had arrived 20 min early which caused a delay of nearly an hour.

Had an initial consultation discussing present symptoms and recent relevant history. Investigation plan laid out to involve various scans and cameras, plus usual tests. All of this was carried out promptly and efficiently (even with a change of insurer during). Consultant clear and excellent at each results stage.

An excellent service. I felt supported and listened to for the first time in months.

Dr Ben Challacombe is best in all dimensions : he saved my life thanks to his expertise and knowledge and friendliness and his low profile … he is not pretentious as the French doctors generally are and is a real asset for HCA and his colleagues
