Fantastic service fantastic atmosphere

I had my procedure through the Farjo Hair Clinic and I cannot rate my experience highly enough. Given this was something that I was quite insecure about at the time, I was dealt with very professionally and sensitively. The results have been fantastic and I am now considering a second procedure.

I have been coming to the Clinic for over a year now and the experience has always been extremely professional and courteous. Having major surgery can be a daunting process but the clinic has at all times provided excellent care across all aspects.

Great staff, and knowledge. I called the clinic after I had a traumatic experience elsewhere which left me with 2nd degree burns. I was helpfully told that I could send through a picture of the burn for a second opinion. Mr Goutos got back to me quickly and confirmed it was a superficial partial burn. I was able to meet Mr Goutos on the same day and he cleaned up and dressed the burn. He was kind, informed and put me at ease straight away. My follow up appointments have been of the same manner; put me at ease, informed and not rushed. Very very pleased with the results of the burn, it disappeared and left no scarring with the dressing and treatment Mr Goutos used. My experience as a whole has been more than pleasant and I would recommend both the clinic and Mr Goutos to all!
