Ultrasound-guided injections can be administered on a one-stop shop approach, with daily ultrasound clinics running in parallel with consultations. We offer newer injectible treatments such as Arthrosamid and nStride for knee OA, as well as PRP and injections of steroid, Hylauronic Acid (Ostenil).
With a team of dedicated Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons, Pain Physicians, Neurophysiologist, MSK Radiologists, Hand Therapist and MSK Podiatrist, the Clinic provides patients with a unique blend of personalised multi-disciplinary care, akin to a small family practice with the accessibility of a state-of-the-art treatment centre in central London.

I hate leaving a negative review because Mr. Curry, Lorraine, Grace, and others who administered my treatment have all been wonderful in providing treatment for my knee. They have been kind, helpful, and responsive. However, I've also been going to London Orthopaedic for back issues, and the experience there has been frustrating and challenging. It has been almost impossible to get in touch with the people on Mr. Shetty's team - both me and my insurance company have struggled to get responses to our emails and phone calls. Because they are not responding, I have been unable to get the treatment I need, leaving me in constant pain. If I was to do it over again, I would not choose London Orthopaedic because of the difficulty of dealing with Mr. Shetty's team (mostly due to unresponsiveness). It would be nice if the rest of the London Orthopaedic team could provide Mr. Shetty's support. I suspect things would work much better. But until that happens, I cannot recommend this practice for back and spine issues.
