I had a very good experience at the Lister, with a successful first fresh transfer. I have embryos banked there and will return later this year for a frozen transfer. The nurses were well-organised and I felt supported.

Daily scans &blood tests could be organised better such that patients don’t need to wait between them; other partner clinics in HCA (like the Shard) are much smoother&efficient. Everything else is perfect.

Very limited waiting time, very friendly nurses, well experienced doctors, overall we were very satisfied with the care taken by this clinic.

The staff at the Lister Fertility Clinic are all friendly, compassionate and empathetic, which is so important when you are going through infertility treatment.

The staff are friendly and compassionate. One sonographer touched me with her kindness in such a way that she made me cry (in a good way!). Another nurse taking my blood shared with me her ivf story. And a second nurse took time to comfort me when I was worried sick over some implantation bleeding following a positive pregnancy test. For a central London clinic I was so impressed with the personal touch. My only small complaint is that sometimes the wait times were a little long but this would not deter me from highly recommending the clinic.
