Excellent practice with lovely helpful staff. Waiting times always short and the atmosphere is very relaxed and professional

Very special thanks to the mid wives, Kleo, Margerie, Michaela, Tulee for all their help, practical information and care. They gave my baby and myself a lot of time and care to make sure we are both very comfortable. I received practical help and different activities including breast feeding! They were all very encouraging and answered all of the questions. I would recommend the Kensington wing to other people in addition of course to the consultant. Al rifai with whom we had an excellent experience. We are very grateful for the team at the Kensington Wing. Also, special thanks for the midwives and especially nurse Roma

Wonderful staff and very supportive

Lucy and team are exceptional! We felt so cared for, we really loved having Petra help us all 3 nights we were here. Nights are the most scary time as a new parent and she was so calming.

Front desk staff communication is a mess.

I always have a great experience here at the Kensington wing with warm welcomes and smiley reception staff and support workers.
