Very positive experience, especially the efficiency of the radiologist. The scanner didn’t cause the claustrophobia I have experienced elsewhere.

Welcoming, professional; explanations and next steps clearly communicated

Very clean pleasant waiting room, friendly reception staff. Promptly welcomed by the Physiotherapist who immediately showed me care and attention to detail. I was shown how to use my crutches properly, and lots of exercises to strengthen my knee. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and in the meantime I've been sent some exercises via an App. This first experience at ISEH really lifted my spirits and made me feel supported through my recovery process.

Easy to communicate with, I was seen in a timely manner, dealt with in a professionally friendly manner and am totally satisfied with the consult and treatment given. Commend to all.
