Very professional and fast service

The staff was excellent. I felt really well looked after!

All staff we interacted with over multiple visits were very friendly and patient. We were always seen early and kept informed the whole time.

Very good hospital with a range of specialists. We felt the need for more staff at reception as queues are long.

Always friendly staff. One audiologist male in particular brightens every visit with his infectious happiness. Front staff could perhaps be a little happier. Also the communication between HCA and the hospital has been bad at times. Especially surrounding payment.

My only complaint was when I had day surgery, I felt a bit rushed to leave and did not receive all the prep pamphlets in advance that I should have. This did not impact the quality of my care but made the procedure less than seemless.
