Very very welcoming! Ladies on reception are very smiley, happy, polite and helpful. The consultant seen was very informative, helpful, happy. Made me feel at ease straight away considering I have severe anxiety, it was so nice to feel anxiety free soon as she came over and called me in. Very lovely and kind staff. Consultant seen was also very polite and very thorough. What an absolute pleasure it was!!! Thank you for the wonderful service provided here!!!

Very happy with my stay at the Sulis hospital. Everyone was incredibly kind and my every need was met pre & post op. Amazing staff!!

Fantastic staff, day and night.  Couldn't do enough for me.  I was there for two nights, even the hospital food was great.

Mostly very good experience. I was in for a hip replacement.  Items ( hip pins) were missing from theatre , supply issues apparently.  But the op went ahead and was successful.  The first night the nurses were very stretched and I did not have enough pain relief. After the first night this improved.

From the moment of arrival to being discharged after my operation the staff at the hospital were faultless.
