Everyone from the Receptionist who walked me into the building to my room and the nurses who have helped me, were really really nice and friendly. I've not really been treated this well in other hospitals. I think individual approach is very important and especially if you're having a procedure done, you need caring and helpful people around you. All the people were great, but Jake was especially a very caring person and did all my checks as gently as possible, he was really a nice person to be around and kept me entertained as well so that I didn't have to think about my procedure. The only thing I could fault was the cleaning of the toilet, unfortunately the cleaner did not clean the toilet seat and there was some blood there... Which I cleaned up myself, otherwise the rest of the room seemed fine.

There was only a short wait before I was admitted and shown to my room. The staff were very friendly and attentive especially the nurse looking after me who was very kind.
