Spire Parkway are exceptional healthcare providers. I have visited the hospital both as an NHS patient and a private patient and the service is impeccable. The environment is really clean, and in the current COVID environment you feel very safe.

I received excellent care and treatment at every stage of my admission. Everything was dealt with efficiently and all of the staff were pleasant and reassuring throughout. This is an excellent hospital and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent in every respect!

From the moment i walked into reception i was taken care of, no waiting, the ladies who work on the reception desk are kind and friendly also efficient. very happy with the service i received on my visit.

Always excellent and efficient treatment in lovely surroundings. Friendly, caring staff who all have delightful attitude and sense of humour. Can not fault them.

It was very hard going into hospital for an operation because of COVID and I felt very alone but that was nobodies fault

It was a very good experience, at reception was Lynn who meet and greeted us with lovely customer service and hopefully didn't have to wait too long ( although the day was getting busy). Everyone was very friendly that I had approached and wasn't made to feel uncomfortable or judgemental. Also if I may mention the premises was kept nice clean and tidy and not a dust in site.
