Great facilities that are kept modern and clean.

Spire Norwich Hospital is excellent. It is like home from home. The environment is clean, calm, quiet, relaxed and friendly. The staff are polite, professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. On the day of surgery everyone is really busy making sure the patient’s every need is catered for. They explain what they are doing and why at each step of the way. A special thank you to the night staff who really did have to help everyone post op on theatre day right through the whole night. I am so grateful for your superb care which exceeded all expectations. I self funded my care package and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hospital for all health needs. This is what healthcare should look like. Thank you Spire Norwich for everything.

The experience with the hospital was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff could not do enough for me. Everyone was helpful, warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable, reassured and secure. Could not have had a better experience than the one at Spire Hospital Norwich.

Fantastic standards of care and support

Mostly it has been a very good experience. My only negative point is the standard of the paperwork. I received letters which had obviously not been checked to see if the information there in was correct or appropriate before posting. The standard text is not suitable for the circumstances of all patients. For example letters stating that information would follow when I had already received said information. Letters of two sheets which if the unnecessary repeated headings had been deleted could have used just one sheet of paper. Such things matter. Spire will be partly judged by quality and accuracy of the information sent out. I was not favourably impressed.

Kind and friendly staff, nice environment and excellent in every way

Spire staff are always courteous and professional. I’ve had several stays at different Spire hospitals over the last 20 years and the quality of care has been unbeatable.
