Attended appt for MRI but the machine wasn't in operation - nobody contacted me either by text, phone or email. A complete waste of my time to drive up from Dunbar in rush hour! Then when I did get my MRI an appt was made for the following week with the consultant but again when I phoned on the day to confirm my appt- I didn't have one! Have just had a phone appt this morning rather than wait another 3weeks. Very poor
