Friendly, welcoming reception staff. Clean, spacious and modern building. Free tea/coffee. During my day visit for my operation I was looked after very well from start to finish. Waiting times during my 2 years of visiting the hospital have been minimal.

A welcoming entrance area. Very friendly and professional reception staff. Check of my details was trouble free. Directions given to me for out patients area were clear. Waiting area at outpatients was calm and welcoming and fairly relaxing.
