After undergoing breast reduction surgery my pre and post op care through the nurses at Spire Shawfair has been nothing but amazing.

Very professional and made me at ease

It was a straightforward pleasant enough visit. I felt ever so slightly that being an NHS patient was seen to be inferior. This was not the case in Dr Chan's area.

The whole experience was excellent from receptionist,Laura to other staff and Dr Chan.Friendly staff,no waiting time ,spotlessly clean surroundings and an excellent consultation with Dr Chan, thank you.

I think the administration was disappointing, not helped by the inefficiency of AXA Healthcare.

Excellent in all areas.
