Great service and always feel welcome when visiting the hospital

The overall experience of the hospital itself was not great. At my first appointment after checking in I waited 30 minutes and then asked whether the surgeon was actually there. He wasn’t but no-one had noticed. My notes were not up to date on the date of surgery itself or for follow up appointments. When I had the dressings taken off I was left with sticky breasts as the hospital had run out of Zoff.
