Overall good experience.

First class service

All the staff were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable on both my visits to the hospital. Everything was also very organised and i knew exactly where i had to be and what i had to do, it made the experience much more enjoyable than usual!

The experience has been very professional at all times. Tests and any screenings have been scheduled ahead of time so I can see Professor Shah at the scheduled time of appointments.

Hospital Private Care is good. Staff are very polite and helpful. I have had the occasional appointment mix up but it has always been dealt with efficiently and with good grace.

Everyone who looked after me in RB & HH was charming, caring and very professional. I cannot fault any aspect of my stay.
