The staff at Priory were very helpful and friendly. Appointments were easy to make and the premises were clean and comfortable when visiting.

I found my experience quite calming as I was anxious about going.

My daughter has been attending Hayes priory for therapy. After very long waiting lists with the nhs we had no choice but to go privately. All of the staff at hayes have been great. From the receptionists to the therapists and consultants. She has a long way to go, but we don’t feel as helpless now and feel we are getting specialist support.

The staff here have been incredible whilst I’ve been attending DBT Therapy - always warm and friendly, super helpful and understanding.

Waiting times to see a child psychiatrist despite going private is poor as we were told there were too many nhs patients to see. Cedar therapy staff very approachable and friendly. My daughter has built a good trusted relationship with her therapist. Would prefer psychiatrist to be able to assess and prescribe for ADHD rather than being referred to another doctor.

Excellent support from my Doctor, psychotherapist and the team at the Cedar Therapy centre. Did have to wait a few weeks for treatment at the start as no group therapy sessions available

The nurses were incredibly caring, friendly and supportive. The therapists were also very good. The facilities could do with an upgrade but are overall good.

This hospital provided some amazing treatment for me when I was at a very difficult point in dealing with my mental health. There are several absolutely amazing humans working in this hospital - from those in reception, to the tireless kitchen waiting staff, to an awesome bunch of HCAs and other therapeutic staff. The grounds are pleasant and well kept in general and patient feedback is taken weekly in community meetings where we were listened to and generally saw action afterwards. My consultant Dr Lauren Gavaghan was amazing, I always knew were I stood with her because she communicated so clearly with me. She learnt how best to help me express my needs and opinions so we could have productive conversations around my treatment and work together. She is the first consultant I have ever met who felt like an actual person who took time to be interested in things other than stark facts and just my direct treatment - instead taking a wider more holistic view which made me feel so so seen and made all the difference in helping me get started on the path to recovery. Special shout outs to Aisha (Avanti Ward Manager), HCAs Donna, Daria, Rachael, Nadia and Harriet as well as therapist Lin and therapy assistant Sophie, not to mention Tracey and Gill in reception, Harry Keira, Robyn, Brandon in the kitchen and of course Ginnie

Fantastic, this is the second time I’ve used the priory for therapy and both times I’ve felt supported and cared for by my therapists.
