Posture Dynamics was founded in 1997 by Daren Fletcher BSc (Hons) osteopathy. The main clinic is located in Westminster, with 2 other clinics in Victoria and Hertfordshire. The practice offers expert treatment to not only relieve pain and rehabilitate a sports injury but also to improve the causes of pain and prevent the reoccurrence. The practice aims to provide a natural, safe and holistic approach to posture problems, pain, and injuries, delivering personalized treatment to each individual and working closely with consultant doctors in case further treatment is required.

The team consists of experienced osteopaths and therapists, with specialist clinics to address specific problems such as pregnancy, sports performance, injury, tinnitus and TMJ problems.
