Friendly staff and on time for my appointment, can’t fault Pindrop

This is the second time I have visited Pindrop Hearing at Harley Street and, once again, I cannot fully express my appreciation and admiration for such professional and caring service. As soon as I arrived, the warmest of welcomes greeted me from Tavia at the reception desk, which was followed almost immediately by Rokhsar, who made me feel so comfortable as she undertook the wax removal from my ears. I simply couldn't recommend Pindrop Hearing highly enough and my sincerest thanks and good wishes to everyone involved.

I visited Pindrop for the first time after it being highly recommended to me. The service was friendly and reassuring. I left being able to hear so well that it felt like I had just had a spa treatment for my ears. Amazing!! I will definitely return when I need it.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The reception area was restful. The audiologist ( sorry I've forgotten her name) was very professional and kind. She explained everything she was about to do and always checked to make sure I was all right. I felt reassured all the way through the process. I found it very interesting to see the pictures of the inside of my ears - before and after. I thought £80 was expensive but I was desperate. Many thanks

Had an appointment for my 93 year old mother today. Natasha was real friendly and efficient in getting us checked in and also made sure Sara knew that we had a tight but unavoidable schedule today. Sara, our audiologist was great. Super nice and knowledgable. Even though it was us that had back to back appointments today, we never felt rushed and everything needed doing, was done! Took time to talk to my mom and went through everything with her and made her feel special. Could not ask for a better experience. Am really looking forward to not have to "shout" at mom like a lunatic and having people judge me on the street thinking they ought to call the local adult safeguarding team 🤦🏻‍♂️. Kidding aside, both mom and myself want to thank Sara and Natasha for being kind, thoughtful and to Pindrop for offering really good products with a 40 day return (not going to happen I am sure) plan!

Overall I was impressed with pin drop to a degree I went there a problem with my right ear unfortunately I will not able to get a reading from my right ear to see if there was water behind the eardrum the actual examination was very thorough and the hearing test very good as I have done with a problem with my right here this wasn’t really addressed fully I was still charged £80 for a consultation

I had such a good experience today with my wax removal at Pindrop in Harley street. All the staff were very welcoming and the Dr performing my wax removal treatment put me at ease by explaining step by step the procedure at the beginning and throughout my treatment. After suffering for over a month, where previous treatments have failed at clearing my ears and improving my hearing, the equipment and technique performed at Pindrop provided such amazing, instant results. I couldn't fault a thing and would recommend this clinic as first choice for wax removal.

I arrived early and was seen early, very professional staff, place was spotless clean, made to feel very comfortable and the whole procedure was explained prior to treatment, best £80 spent! I can finally hear after 5 weeks of total deafness In my right ear....bliss only wish I had come here a month ago!
