Takes a while to register with reception staff. Slow computer systems. Made further appointment but when home received call to say I had been given appointment with incorrect consultant had to reschedule

Extremely clean, very comfortable waiting areas, could do with keeping an eye on refilling soap, toilet roll, hand cleanser as I had to ask for refills of these on my visits. Every single member Staff at the Orth Team Centre I came across (consultant, reception staff, nurses, radiologist, MRI team) have been incredibly helpful polite and friendly and it has been a pleasure to come in to contact with all of them. Parking is plentiful even though finding the place on Sat nav was a bit of a challenge!

My experience with The OrthTeam Centre has been amazing. From reception to the visit with the consultants I’ve been attended with great cordiality. Everyone was really kind and helpful throughout the different visits I’ve had.
