The staff were all very friendly and competent. I felt like I was getting sincere, knowledgeable attention. They were patient and informative. I felt comfortable the whole way through (coffees and magazines in the waiting rooms were a lovely touch also). Even though I was found not to be suitable for laser eye surgery, I felt very satisfied with my experience. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly, appointments were on time, explanations of the operation were in sufficient detail and questions were invited and answered fully. The operations went smoothly and post operative care and medications were fully explained. The hospital was clean and bright. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. There were a couple of issues that could have improved my experience but I was treated with respect throughout.

Pre op was fantastic . Everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. On op day itself , matters were a bit fraught as the clinic was running 1.5 hours late. The surgeon was excellent and very reassuring though. The operation itself was painless and exactly as described. Post op is going well and I am very pleased overall.

Overall extremely happy with Optegra. At outset very professional and friendly service. However I did have to wait a considerable time at my follow up appointment. When eventually I did see my consultant it was very rushed.

From the moment I attended an Open Evening to find out more about lens replacement surgery to the operation itself, I have been impressed by the professionalism and service provided by everyone involved. As a Registered Nurse myself, I am well aware of standards and quality and can honestly say this is 5 star care from beginning to end. The staff are well informed, spend time explaining the whole procedure and are there with you throughout the journey. I felt no pressure to go ahead with anything and didn't pay a penny until a week before my surgery. The surgeon was extremely approachable and professional, and explained what was happening during the procedure and I didn't feel nervous at all. Aftercare has been brilliant too, to know I can call up any time if I have a worry is very reassuring. My sight is now great, improving every day and I'm very happy I decided to go ahead. I would definitely 100% recommend Optegra to anyone contemplating lens replacement surgery.

Although my first appointment was 30 minutes late the reception area is comfortable and has wi-fi and magazines. No real problem. My surgery was very professional and I felt totally at ease and comfortable. Now three weeks after my op I am extremely happy with the outcome.. My follow up appointment also was very professional and all my questions were satisfactorily answered.
