Well looked after

Very happy with service and staff care. Unfortunately suffering with dry eyes now which is aggregated because I am pregnant so eyes not yet 100%

Clean and friendly

The staff members were all completely lovely, receptionists, optometrists, surgeons, nurses, everyone. I felt that I could ask any question, one receptionist even called my boyfriend for me to let him know I'd come out of surgery (limited occupancy in the building due to COVID-19). The nurses made a calming environment right before my eye surgery which helped settle any nerves I had. All the people I interacted with were really lovely people.
