I was very nervous and uncertain I was making the right decision but everyone was very helpful and reassuring. The procedure was explained and didn't mind when I asked silly questions. There was only a short waiting time and the op on both eyes was very professionally carried out. The after care was also very good. Best decision I have. 20 20 vision after years of wearing glasses.

Had to wait outside a while for somebody to enter the building. Also a 30minute wait (approx) to be seen by the relevant person. However, everybody I saw was very friendly and the facilities were top-notch.

I was very nervous before my lens replacements but after meeting my surgeon I felt confident in the procedure. All the staff, especially the nurses in the aftercare room, were great. Ìnformation before and after was good.
