This is my third Colonoscopy with Dr Pitcher at the One Welbeck Centre. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the whole process end to end. This is a center of excellence, cleanliness of the facility including patient rooms , attention to detail, and pleasant atmostphere are second to none. I would not hesitate to come back to the OneWelbeck, including the Nurses and Staff who are most kind and patient.

Very nice atmosphere. Very clean and well organised. All staff medical and admin were very pleasant and respectful and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

The experience is 10/10 for Friendliness, organisation, cleanliness and efficient service. Dr Pitcher lead my procedure who is phenomenal in his approach and care, positive, detailed and always goes the extra mile in his services, it was reassuring to have my colonscopy with Dr Pitcher. Alongside the Anaesthetist, Richard Paul, and nurses Inez Goncalvez, Caroline and Maricar Suayan - all who are highly professional, friendly individuals that truly made the experience pleasant and easy. I was very calm and felt in safe hands. The facility is very well kept, and is exemplary of the standards a hospital deserves to be of. Very pleased and I look forward to using Onewelbeck and the team should I need to in the future. Highest regards, Syed B
