A five star experience even though my procedure was delayed by around an hour as the theatre was unexpectedly in use.

First time attending One Ashford hospital, very pleased with everything so far.

Everyone was very welcoming. Although my Consultant was running a bit late I was offered a tea or coffee, along with apologies. There is a calmness throughout and a nice little cafe if you are feeling peckish.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and put me at ease and I went through for my appointment on time. The facility itself was impressive and spotlessly clean. While it's not directly related to my care, the cafe was very good too - very nice food and equally friendly and quick service, which was a nice treat before starting my long journey home.
