Located in Hucknall, Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre provides rehabilitation, care, and support to individuals over 18 who have suffered a brain injury or who have other neurological disorders. The centre specialises in the treatment, care, and support of people who have physical and cognitive disabilities as a consequence of a brain injury or other progressive neurological disorders and is comprised of three units: Millwood (slow stream rehabilitation), Fernwood (high dependency), and Rosewood (residential).

Seventy-one beds are distributed over the three distinct units along with a physiotherapy gym, therapy kitchens, an activities room, and a sensory room. A minibus is also available to take service users on outings and to appointments. The multidisciplinary team has extensive experience in the rehabilitation and treatment of adults with brain injuries and other neurological conditions and includes a clinical psychologist, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, specialist nurses, and rehabilitation assistants.

The three distinct units cover a range of different conditions including brain injuries as a result of COVID-19, brain tumour, stroke, as well as neurological conditions such as Guillain Barre Syndrome, Huntington's Disease, and Motor Neurone Disease. The centre also has the expertise to support those requiring assisted ventilation or those in prolonged disorders of consciousness.
