Despite the Covid restrictions, there was plenty of opportunity to speak to someone face to face or via Zoom.

All the nursing staff were extremely understanding and caring and made me feel really welcome. The room was very hot but comfortable enough so overall it was ok

Nurses were very kind and helpful and the room was cleaned everyday very well.

The nurses were lovely and very supportive. My psychiatrist was great, I saw her really often.

I found the whole experience enlightening and learnt from my stay, nurses were very kind and listened if I had anxiety. The food was good but I kept having to remind them of my intolerances and when they said it was fine for me to have they then rung to say wasn’t even though its on as my allergies on my meal plan and had to have a jacket potato

All staff were lovely and so kind. The hospital was beautifully clean, rooms very comfortable and amazing food. The schedule of therapy was very engaging, even with it all being online and the therapists were all very helpful
