I was delighted that the procedure was completely in such a timely manner after many years of suffering often heavy nose bleeds. The consultant was most welcoming and professional. Despite leaving the clinic in a great deal of pain in my nose and throat, I am sure it is only a matter of time before this has gone and I must be patient. Thank you.

I booked over the telephone without reading the details on the website and made an appointment for my daughter (9 years) to have a wart and 2 verrucas removed. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and professional. The consultant removed my daughter’s wart and verrucas with great care, respect and patience and we received good advice for after care. I discovered at the point of payment that there was a separate assessment and treatment fee that meant the costs were double what I expected. This hadn’t been made clear on booking and wasn’t discussed in the appointment. Upon raising this issue with management, they understood how the miscommunication had occurred and agreed to honour what I originally believed the costs to be and said they would adjust the wording on future invoices and make it clearer to telephone customers. I felt embarrassed but they couldn’t have done more to restore my confidence in the service and I would still recommend them to friends and family. Just make sure to read the website fully for clarity on costs!
