I have been coming to Marsh house orthodontics for about 8 years - my teeth were really messed up but thanks to Dr John Sawyer I eventually got a perfect set of teeth and a great smile. I always felt welcomed and in safe hands when I attended every appointment. That’s why I can say the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the professionalism were all top class. With the Covid situation, I was quite amazed by how they were able to maintain their professionalism and quickly adapt to the pandemic - it goes to show that if times are tough, marsh house will always deliver the best experience. Finally, I would like to give a massive shoutout to Millie khan at reception, I always felt like she was very professional and also friendly. I’ve sat in reception enough times in the last several months and I’ve always noticed how great she is at her job. She really looks like she loves working at Marsh house and I hope she continues to do well. Again, massive shoutout to Dr Sawyer, I’ve always felt comfortable when he was inspecting my braces. Never have I felt discomfort or pain and that’s a testament to his skill and craft.
