From the receptionists, nurses, mammographers, and all the team working there one cannot fault them. The team are very professional and show an enormous amount of empathy and understanding. They take time to listen to your concerns. The department is immaculate. I was told that the teams love working there and some nurses have been there for many years. There is a great respect for the medical staff.

I was so well cared for by attentive staff who were all very efficient. I had two consultations with Professor Mokbel, a mammogram and and ultrasound all within just over an hour. It was a great experience.

All the staff were very friendly and there was a calming atmosphere in the practice that made me feel at ease. I would recommend visiting this practice.

The team at The London Breast Institute are very dedicated, knowledgeable and caring. I was given full explanations of my condition and treatments which were carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Access to highly experienced clinical nurse specialist, nurses, radiologists and radiographers was a great comfort to me.

A very devoted and hard working team, committed to making the experience of breast cancer as bearable as possible. All staff are friendly and efficient. I waited longer than usual on this occasion simply because they were very busy but having said this, it is fantastic to be able to receive your results from your consultant before you leave the building. I am very grateful to all at the London Breast Institute for their amazing dedication to delivering such excellent care.

Efficient and friendly staff in reception and in the office. Nurses and radiologists helpful, kind, considerate and efficient. Spacious waiting area. Everything clean.

Pleasant but had to wait a longtime for Ultrasound

LBI is fantastic, from the main entrance staff to the support staff upstairs, technicians at the MRI (fantastic!), nurses and doctors. It is the fact that you can do all the exams right there, in a very short period of time, get the results quickly and be reassured that you are getting the best possible care that sets them apart.
