Everything about the treatment explained clearly beforehand by my very pleasant dentist, and updated as we progressed. The finished treatment shown on screen and also explained clearly, especially any problems that might occur after treatment. (None have!)

Good experience, no problems, appointment on time didn't have to wait. Hygienist very polite and very nice. Price had gone up since last November by £5 but have to expect that, will just have Hygienist every 6 month instead 4
Thank you for taking the time to leave us with a good review. Our hygiene appointments have increased very slightly by £3 to cover additional costs, we however will not compromise on our service.

Saw a different dentist for my sons health check up - she kept asking why we booked with her ? Why didn’t we see our normal dentist, felt a bit uncomfortable and so did my son. In and out and under 5 minutes, did the bear min, actually going to move the children from the practice. Counts the teeth and then anything else is see the hygienist.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I would welcome a call to the practice manager just to discuss your concerns further. We are always striving to improve our service and thus patient care and satisfaction. Finally as a team we would like to re-establish your trust in our services.
