Excellent service

I couldn’t be anymore grateful to be part of this amazing team. Especially dr mark mccomiskey he has supported and helped me out so much. I will be forever thankful for everything. Nicest and friendliest staff. Would definitely recommend this hospital/team to anyone.

This was much better than last appointment The Doctor was very good at showing me my scan and talking through it ,also he listened to what i had to say.Great!!.

Very efficient

The hospital staff and surrounding were good but the consultant was unwilling to provide my son with the proper medication for his condition, which is affecting his confidence and his general health and well being. In summary the consultation was a complete waste of time and money, which my son had to miss half a day a school to attend and was a 140 mile round trip and he is no further forward with his condition unfortunately

The post op experience was poor. I was brought back to a cubicle and forgotten about. After 30 minutes I spoke with a nurse who said she would get help. After another 30 minutes I again sought help from a different nurse who told me in a rude manner that they were busy with discharges. I then pointed out that I had been back from theatre for a full hour.

Got an appointment on the evening of the day I rang, which considering I was so worried was such a relief. Staff and facilities were welcoming and service was timely and efficient. Treatment plan was organised quickly and my procedure was booked and carried out within a week of initial appointment. Thrilled to have it all over me so quickly and at such a high standard of care.
