“I visited Highgate for a private GP appointment and very pleased with my experience. The staff were very friendly and my GP was wonderful. They took their time with my appointment. I was seen on time which was lovely! It made going to see a GP a very hassle free experience. They also had an onsite pharmacy which again made things so much easier! You can also park at this hospital which adds to the convenience of the whole experience however I did notice it was restricted at certain times so I would arrange my appointments around that! I would most certainly use the private GP service again and would consider this hospital an option if I needed to see a consultant.“

Highgate hospital is located in a very convenient place for patients.It is very clean ,has comfortable waiting areas ,easy access to different sites and well maintained and organised rooms for patients .

I chose Highgate Private Hospital because it was the most cost effective option given to me. I had to go there three times: Covid test, surgery and follow up. They were very punctual on every occasion except I had to wait quite a long time for the actual surgery after my time of arrival and then quite a long time to be discharged (day case). I wasn't given any written instructions on the after care, so I had to call a couple of times, and they gave me the information I needed. The room was very nice and comfortable. The whole staff is friendly and polite. Overall a good experience.

Overall experience was good but my personal records were incorrect each time they called and whenever I visited the hospital even though I corrected them multiple times. They did not update their records. Name, email address and GP surgery were incorrect everytime.
