HCA in Chiswick was excellent. Friendly staff, well-organized, extremely clean, and caring nursing staff.

The staff were friendly and polite. There was a 35 minute delay in my appointment - leading to the 2 star rating. I've knocked a mark off hygiene as everyone ignored the hygiene instructions on the coffee machine. Also there were no air filters or purifiers and at least one of the other patients was coughing continuously in the wait area.
