I would not recommend GenesisCare Milton Keynes - it took me weeks of chasing to get a copy of my clinicians letter only to find that it was factually incorrect in the most insensitive way possible. Then when I complained they advised that the doctors don't actually work for them at all. So they claim that their team includes doctors but actually it doesn't.

Such friendly staff and the process was faultless.

Excellent service with care, compassion and friendliness. All of what you need when you are worried. Cannot rate them more highly.

My first experience today at a breast clinic.. I was so anxious. I can only say that I had the most caring, wonderful and positive experience from both Lisa and Dr Khan. I wish I had taken a note of the name of the HCA in the biopsy procedure as well. What a compassionate, amazing people I had the pleasure of looking after me today. I attended with my mum who would echo my words above. I didn’t get the perfect outcome for me today which would have been “all clear” nothing to worry about but I have biopsy results to go back for in a couple of weeks. What I do know is this… I feel safe and looked after, I feel cared about and understood. Dr Khan and Lisa.. thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your kindness today. Love Jane x ❤️

Very very kind caring and friendly staff. So glad being it’s been a worrying time. The staff couldn’t do enough.

Absolutely fantastic! I am so impressed. I got an appointment the following day having found a lump. I saw a consultant who was pretty sure there was nothing to worry about but sent me for a mammogram and ultrasound just to be sure. Within 30 minutes I had had both tests and was given the all clear by the consultant, with a six week follow up check with him booked. Fabulous service and so reassuring not to have to wait for further tests and appointments. Staff were so friendly. If I was to ever need cancer treatment in the future, this is where I would want to come as I have total confidence that I would be very well taken care of. Thank you to everyone who looked after me today in any capacity and a special thanks to Mr Khan who was wonderful!

I can’t speak too highly of Genesis. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been both friendly and professional. They gave me a great sense of confidence. The medical treatment I received from Dr Dungarwalla has been outstanding.
