All staff that I had met were so friendly and remembered my name. Sarah and Carly on reception always had a smile. Chemo nurses were brilliant, especially Nikki who gave me my treatment most weeks. I had 12 lots of weekly chemo. I had some reflexology session with Sarah. It was so relaxing and a lovely complement to my treatment. Lastly the lovely Julie Harker Physio, who I saw twice a week for 12 weeks for my exercise sessions. I really really enjoyed the sessions. I've never done weights before or had the inclination to, but it was really good. I was very sad at the end of my exercise medicine and not be able to see Julie twice a week. I have finished the 12 weeks with my body being stronger, which is an excellent outcome. Its a pity that the gym can't be continued. I wonder in the future if another gym room could be added for discharged patients at a cost. I'm sure many people would love to carry on, like me.

The staff are so brilliant you almost forget what you are there for. In 35 radiotherapy treatments for Prostate Cancer the team won my heart with their care and kindness. I almost didn’t want the experience to end

An all round good experience. Lovely clean and comfortable premises, lovely welcoming and empathetic staff and nice coffee! Special mention also to Steve and Mel and Elite Cars who provide patient transport. What a professional, friendly, go the extra mile service. Thank you team for making this a stress free time and for all you do to make patients feel safe.

The whole of Genesis care Maidstone are an amazing team. The ladies on reception, the consultants secretarys, the drs, the nurses, and the consultants- every single person we have encountered there are lovely.
