I was very impressed with the care and professionalism shown by Dr Jayadev and her secretary Jacqui. Both were very efficient and both always put the care of the patient first.

Very friendly receptionist. No one waiting on the floor above so not quite sure where to wait. However, when the nurses did return, they were lovely. Had to wait 15 mins but not too long so overall very happy. Nice calm atmosphere there.
